In January, 2005, Fran Lynch was named the "Eastern Regional Silver Leader". This award recognizes the top Northwestern Mutual Agent in the Eastern region, in their second year of practice. This award is based on individual performance over the previous twelve months.

NAIFA National Quality Award Recipient 2007-2010 NQA (Now renamed NAIFA Quality Award - earned in 2011)

Created in 1944, the NQA recognizes agents whose persistency records indicate competence and dedication to the insurance industry and their clients. Agents who win this award have tangible evidence signifying that the products they sell will meet the client's needs.
