Professional

Fran began his professional career in 1985 as the President of the Achilles Foot Health Center, P.C. in North Haven, CT. The Valedictorian of Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine's Class of 1992, he was originally trained as a reconstructive foot and ankle surgeon with a Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics. Fran was also a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

In 1996, Fran became CEO of the Advanced Foot Care Specialists of CT, P.C. and ran their 6 location practices until 1998 when he launched Total Health and Wellness, LLC. a holistic marketing company. He sold the company in 2000 then served as the Vice President of Marketing and Field Force Development for HALO, Inc. a multi-national marketing company.

Fran joined Northwestern Mutual in 2002. His extensive background in tax law, estate needs, business continuation and succession planning, insurance and wealth management allows him to work with individuals and small business owners helping them to coordinate and improve the efficiency of their overfall financial strategy.
